Good afternoon everyone! I hope you all have had a blessed weekend. I just wanted to remind all of you about friendship. We all have a least one friend right?
Now as for me. I have a few best friends and some really good friends as well. I am very happy to have as many friends as I do and thank God for them everyday.
My best friends, I feel like I can tell them anything and they will be able to keep it to themselves or help me in a situation. They make me laugh when I feel down and they have been there for me since we first became friends. I love them just like they where my own brothers and sister. I have a built in best friend in my twin sister but, it is nice to have others around me!
C.S Lewis once said "The next best thing to being wise oneself is to live in a circle of those who are". This is so true. When life gets hard, it is good to have a group of friends that can just be there for you. God wants us to love our life so we can better serve Him and I believe that part of loving life is having loving friends around you.
Now, don't get me wrong I love my friends but the greatest friend I could ever ask for is Jesus. He was there for me by going to the Cross where He bleed died for my sins. He is closer to me then any brother, and He is always by my side.
If you feel as though you have no friend in the world, I want to tell you that Jesus is the best friend you could ever have and all you have to do to have Him as your friend is ask Him into your heart. Please do it today! It will be the best decision you will ever make. I promise!
